When do I pay?
At booking. Choosing a slot holds it for 20 minutes while you complete secure card payment — the booking is confirmed the moment payment clears. If payment isn’t completed, the slot is released automatically for someone else.
What if my plans change?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your slot and you get a full refund to your card. Inside 24 hours the session is non-refundable — but you’re welcome to send a friend in your place.
Can we come as a group?
Absolutely. Two F1 simulators, two Assetto Corsa rigs and two golf bays run side by side — book parallel slots for the same time and race or play together. For bigger functions, get in touch and we’ll block out the venue.
Can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when a bay is free, and the front desk takes card. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your slot, though — evenings and weekends fill up.
