When do I pay?
At booking. Choosing a slot holds it for 10 minutes while you complete secure card payment — the booking is confirmed the moment payment clears. If payment isn’t completed, the slot is released automatically for someone else.
How much does a session cost?
Racing starts at R100 for a focused 15 minutes on the F1 or Assetto Corsa simulators, up to R400 for a full hour. Golf starts at R150 for 30 minutes solo, with sessions up to 4 hours — and groups of 2–4 get every hour beyond the second at 20% off.
What if my plans change?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your slot and you get a full refund to your card. Inside 24 hours the session is non-refundable — but you’re welcome to send a friend in your place.
Can we come as a group?
Absolutely. Two F1 simulators, two Assetto Corsa rigs and two golf bays run side by side — book parallel slots for the same time and race or play together. For bigger functions, get in touch and we’ll block out the venue.
Can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when a bay is free — we’ll send you a link to book and pay on your phone, right there at the venue. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your slot, though: evenings and weekends fill up.
Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?
We keep a few clubs at the venue you’re welcome to use, but we’d encourage you to bring your own set if you have one — you’ll play better with clubs you know. Please note we don’t have a driver available.

- Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Right of admission is reserved. Management may refuse access or ask any guest to leave if these rules are not followed.
- Use of the simulator and equipment is entirely at the guest’s own risk. All instructions and safety guidelines provided by staff must be followed.
- Guests must treat staff, other guests and the equipment with respect.
- Disruptive behaviour, harassment or vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
- Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Guests who appear intoxicated will not be permitted to use the simulator.
- No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the simulator area.
- Winelands View will not be held responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
- Only golf balls supplied or approved by Winelands View may be used. Golf shoes with spikes are not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for all equipment issued to them. Any golf club or equipment broken, lost or damaged during a session must be paid for at its full repair or replacement cost.
- Please report any existing damage to a staff member before starting your session.

- The simulators are strictly for guests aged 10 years and older. No children under 10 are permitted to use the simulator.
- Children aged 10–12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Right of admission is reserved. Management may refuse access or ask any guest to leave if these rules are not followed.
- Use of the simulator and equipment is entirely at the guest’s own risk. All staff instructions and safety guidelines must be followed.
- Only one driver may use the simulator at a time. Spectators must remain clear of the simulator and moving equipment.
- Guests may not adjust, disconnect or move any simulator equipment without assistance from a staff member.
- Food and drinks are not permitted near the simulator equipment.
- Guests must treat staff, other guests and the equipment with respect.
- Disruptive behaviour, harassment or vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
- Guests who appear intoxicated will not be permitted to use the simulator.
